Makes 5 or 6 servings
8 oz. wide egg noodles
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. half & half
1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 T. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
Cook noodles as directed on package. While noodles cook, heat butter and half & half in saucepan over low heat until butter is melted. Stir in cheese, parsley flakes, salt, and pepper; keep warm over low heat.
Return drained noodles to kettle. Pour sauce over noodles, stirring gently until noodles are well coated.
